This swing.
For as long as I can remember, has rocked us all at the Swindle Home.
It was one of my most favorite places on earth.
All of our little slice of heaven on their front porch. All of our safe place.
Mawmaw gave this to me long before she ever went Home to be with Jesus and pawpaw but it stayed there n her front porch til a few weeks ago and as crazy as it sounds, I didn’t even set it in until 2/25/2024.
It was just sitting on the back porch waiting to be placed.
Little did I know, as me and my best friend sit out there freezing that morning and crying.
That heaven was still right there, rocking us.
Tonight I finally took the time to clean off the back porch and put everything up to be enjoyed.
Dusted off the dust, and just breathed in this beautiful Heaven on Earth that we get to temporarily call home.
This swing isn’t what’s special.
It’s the Love that’s rocked on it. It’s the conversations that’s been had around it.
It’s just a center piece for a legacy of Love that never ever waivers.
And that Love is Gods.
John 3:16
For God so loved the World, that He gave, He gave His only Son so that through Him, all that believe, would have everlasting Life.
Everlasting Life.
Because of
Everlasting Love.
So grateful for this beautiful life that we get to live for Him.
In Him, He promises Life and Life more abundantly.
All because of Everlasting Love.
I pray for you to know this Love.
To know this Love greater than any other Love this world has to offer.
Love wrapped up in Christ…
Is everlasting. Love wrapped up in Christ getting to share with someone else is Everlasting Life Changing.
I feel like I’m repeating myself but the legacy of Love and How it really is everlasting is just saturating my heart with Hope tonight.
I pray you see and feel that Hope to.
