As I sit here tonight and pray.
As I Breathe in and breathe out.
As I close my eyes and just be here in this silent moment.
I hear a familiar song. And my heart sings.
“Because He Lives, I can face tomorrow.
Because He lives, I can face tomorrow.”
And of corse my heart smiles.
And I feel that beautiful peace and comfort that’s carried me through this day.
So. U know me. I have to go look up the rest of the song. And listen. And was just completely encouraged and yes, had to share.
I haven’t had a chance to post a lot lately but I want you to know I’ve been thinking about each of you and praying for y’all daily.
As I’m encouraged tonight. I know your heart could use the encouragement too.
“Because He lives, I can face tomorrow,
Because He lives, all fear is gone;
Because I know He holds the future,
And life is worth the living,
Just because He lives!”
And the feeling of hope this left me feeling tonight sent me to this scripture.
Nothing more encouraging than when Holy Spirit who has been carrying you all day comes and comforts you and encourages you to keep going.
“I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.“
John 14:27 NLT
This kinda of peace is an amazing gift.
And when you are gifted with it, nothing can compare to it.
The gift… if Him.
We can’t have this kind of peace outside His very Presence.
Sweet sweet friend. I don’t know where you are tonight or what your going through or been though, but I know the one who can carry you through and get you through. Because of your trust in Him, you can face ANYTHING tomorrow.
Pick up His Word tonight and let Him speak to your very heart.
Rise up ready. You really can face anything because He is on your side.
